Beers Tasted
Beer 1: Old Marley Barleywine (12% abv) Not too alcoholic on palate, despite high abv. A lot of coffee & stout flavor. Good, medium body that is consistent from attack to finish. Good carbonation. Well-balanced. (Tasted at Thomas Hooker at Colt 10/23/21.)
Beer 2: Cornhole Lager (4.5% abv) American lager style beer. A bit low on the body/malt. Good carbonation. Small bitterness on the back palate. Cream/fresh cow milk/farm aroma of lactose. Lactose is not bothersome, but not really typical of an American Lager. (Tasted at Thomas Hooker at Colt 10/23/21.)
