BEERS TASTED
Beer 1: House Beer (? abv) Simple & well-made. Some hoppiness; good, tasty lager. (Collaboration of CT Brewer's Guild, Diversity & Inclusion Committee, and CT Alliance to End Sexual Violence.)
Beer 2: Session Sour (? abv) Maybe the best beer of the entire show. Great carbonation and light body. Real follow-through on the the blueberry & pomegranate flavors, from attack to back palate. Unexpected, yet perfect, blend that creates a unified, compound flavor.
Beer 3: Emerald Shores (? abv) Fruity/herbacious flavor, with crystal hops used. Candy-like. Not my favorite, but technically well-made and unimpeachable.
