BEERS TASTED
Beer 1: American Wheat Ale (4.2% abv) Very nice; easy drinker. (Tasted at Redding BeerCo 9/20/19.)
Beer 5: Irish Red Ale (4.6% abv) Good aroma. (Tasted at CT Beer Festival 4/22/23.)
Beer 2: Redding Red IPA (4.6% abv) Clean; good integration of elements. (Tasted at Redding BeerCo 9/20/19.)
Beer 6: Connecticut Compromise Porter (5.6% abv) Good, light porter, with good carbonation. Flavor is a little low. (Tasted at CT Beer Festival 4/22/23.)
Beer 3: Belgian Tripel (9.1% abv) Nice, big clove aroma & taste, but tails off before it becomes obnoxious. Ever so slight sweetness to this beer. Well done. (Tasted at Redding BeerCo 9/20/19.)
Beer 4: Kentucky Common Ale (6.5% abv) Some coffee notes, like a Brown Ale, or even a Porter, but not big. (Tasted at Redding BeerCo 9/20/19.)
