BEERS TASTED

Beer 1: Armada Tomb of the Pharaohs Pilsner (5% abv) Good typicity, with decent bitterness on the back end as a Czech Pilsner should. A tiny scoch too much malt sweetness. Very good beer, just not quite great. (Tasted at Beeracks, 9/12/2019)

Beer 5: Lost Ronin Robust Porter (4.8% abv) Basically, a a porter with a head that comes to Stout levels. Great length. Good bittering on finish. Refreshment throughout. No cloying flavors, as can happen with some porters. (Tasted at Armada Brewing 4/23/23.)

Beer 2: Realm to the Afterlife German Pilsner (4.8% abv) Wow. Super fresh. Good body; light, but obvious, carbonation; good malt flavor, with not too much bitterness except on finish, where it wraps up a great taste experience. (Tasted at Armada Brewing 4/23/23.)

Beer 3: Sorcerer's Temple Munich Dunkel Lager (5.0% abv) Some coffee on attack, but doesn't linger. Not my thing, but well-made. Wateriness on end refreshes rather than indicating that something is missing. (Tasted at Armada Brewing 4/23/23.)

Beer 4: Notorious Gipsy Fruited Sour (5.0% abv) BIG mango. Good carbonation. Good body & acidity. Very well made. (Tasted at Armada Brewing 4/23/23.)
