Beers Tasted
Beer 1: Apricot Berliner Weiße (? abv) Really tasty, full of flavor. Not overly sour, great apricot flavor. Low carbonation: not quite flat, but too low.
Beer 2: Field Shore Saison Belgian Farmhouse Ale (? abv) Big malty flavor. Beautiful farmhouse style.
Beer 3: Mosaic Nut Lugger American Pale Ale (? abv) Very good flavor. Technically sound.
Beer 4: Empirical Evidence Imperial IPA (? abv) Hoppy IPA taste. Good. Well-made.
Beer 5: Munich Dunkel (? abv) Really nice dry caramel, with Scotch Ale toast, and brown rice. REALLY TASTY! (Tasted at the Connecticut Brewfest, Oakdale theater, 10/9/21.)
