Beers Tasted

Beer 1: Apricot Berliner Weiße (? abv) Really tasty, full of flavor. Not overly sour, great apricot flavor. Low carbonation: not quite flat, but too low. (Tasted at Aspetuck Brew Lab 7/26/2019.)

Beer 2: Field Shore Saison Belgian Farmhouse Ale (? abv) Big malty flavor. Beautiful farmhouse style.(Tasted at Aspetuck Brew Lab 7/26/2019.)

Beer 5: Munich Dunkel (? abv) Really nice dry caramel, with Scotch Ale toast, and brown rice. REALLY TASTY! (Tasted at the Connecticut Brewfest, Oakdale theater, 10/9/21.)

Beer 6: Field Shore Saison Belgian Farmhouse Ale (6.8% abv) Big banana flavor; good, but low carbonation. (Tasted at the Connecticut Beer Festival, XL Center, 4/22/23.)

Beer 3: Mosaic Nut Lugger American Pale Ale (? abv) Very good flavor. Technically sound.(Tasted at Aspetuck Brew Lab 7/26/2019.)

Beer 7: Oh My Juice Hazy NEIPA (6.0% abv) Low flavor; popcorn taste on finish. Meh. (Tasted at the Connecticut Beer Festival, XL Center, 4/22/23.)

Beer 4: Empirical Evidence Imperial IPA (? abv) Hoppy IPA taste. Good. Well-made.(Tasted at Aspetuck Brew Lab 7/26/2019.)

Beer 8: Chop West Coast IPA (6.6% abv) Centennial, Cascade, Chinook and Citra hops; the Four Musketeers of juicy haze, all in one beer! Too much... Glad these kinds of beers are going out of style. (Tasted at the Connecticut Beer Festival, XL Center, 4/22/23.)
