Impression
Huge brewery building in an industrial area near Stratford Airport that looks like an incubator zone. Very nice, modern tasting room that is spotlessly clean. Very welcoming, very nice, bartenderess. Picnic-style tables, and huge windows to let a lot of sun in.
BEERS TASTED
Beer 1: Cerbeza Mexican Lager (? abv) Somewhat thin taste, since alcohol is not there to give body. However, Mexican lager taste is definitely there.
Beer 2: Gose (? abv) Very perfumy. Low salt. Quite plain.
Beer 3: Run Wild IPA (? abv) Flagship beer at Athletic Brewing. Good taste altogether, if a little light on body. Perhaps my least favorite of the tasting.
Beer 4: Double-hopped IPA (? abv) Very similar to the Run Wild IPA, but hoppier, fruitier, and generally more well-rounded.
