BEERS TASTED

Beer 1: Whiskered Wit - (5.2% abv) Perfectly made witbier in the German/Belgian style. (Tasted at Beer'd 8/2/19.)

Beer 5: Stay Toasty - (8.9% abv; collaboration with SixPoint) Very Christmas spice. Terrific. (Tasted at Beer'd 8/2/19.)

Beer 2: Cold as Weiße Peach & Apricot Weißbier - (3.0% abv) Beautiful Berliner beer. Apricot and Peach both come on at finish. (Tasted at Beer'd 8/2/19.)

Beer 6: Dogs & Boats Imperial DIPA (9.1% abv) Nice, but too bitter on finish, and flavor tapers off. (Tasted at the Third Annual Summer Beerfest at the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Waterbury 7/23/21.)

Beer 3: Connecticut Casual Pilsner - (5.1% abv) FIRST TASTING: More like a foamy Belgian Golden, with no bitterness. A good, clean, refreshing beer. (Tasted at Beer'd 8/2/19.) SECOND TASTING: Guest beer at Steady Habit BrewCo. Refreshing. Nice. Good bitters. Good typicity for a Pilsner. (Tasted at Steady Habit BrewCo 6/19/22.)

Beer 7: Stunner for the Win Hazy NEIPA (7.0% abv) Too cold. An ashy sensation. Very neutral but for the big, bitter hops. (Tasted at the Third Annual Summer Beerfest at the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Waterbury 7/23/21.)

Beer 4: Bong Appetit - (6.0% abv; in collaboration with Hanging Hills) Beautiful coffee taste, big foam head. Like a Guinness. (Tasted at Beer'd 8/2/19.)
