ROUTE: I-691

Founded: 2021

Impression

Note: I first visited Cheshire Craft a little more than 2 months after they opened. The beers I tasted are not mentioned on "Untappd," and I do not have brand names for them in my notes. Also, abv percentages are not given because I do not have those either. Apologies on all counts.

BEERS TASTED

Beer 1: ESB (? abv) Great toast; low carbonation; low body. (Tasted at Cheshire Craft Brewing 7/9/21.)

Beer 2: Way (? abv) Fuller taste than ESB; good hop/grain integration. Low carbonation as with ESB. Medium body. (Tasted at Cheshire Craft Brewing 7/9/21.)

Beer 3: Sour (? abv) Tart-ish, but no real cherry taste. Low carbonation. (Tasted at Cheshire Craft Brewing 7/9/21.)

Beer 4: Shire Stout (? abv) Good coffee flavor, but low carbonation. Meh. (Tasted at Cheshire Craft Brewing 7/9/21.)
