BEERS TASTED
Beer 1: Mango Sunrise Hard Cider (6% abv) Nice, light, good fruit that does not overwhelm the taste balance. (Tasted at CT Beer Festival, XL Center 4/22/23.)
Beer 5: Shore Shore NEIPA (7% abv) Big IPA, with citrus on the attack. Some length, but not across entire palate. Good balance. (Tasted at Coastline 6/24/23.)
Beer 2: Shore Shore NEIPA (7% abv) Nice, very well delineated IPA. Very bright and refreshing. (Tasted at CT Beer Festival, XL Center 4/22/23.)
Beer 6: Unfiltered Plum Island Fruited Sour (5% abv) Very good sour, with tartness and good body, carbonation. Plum flavor intensity is a bit lacking, but altogether a very nice beer. (Tasted at Coastline 6/24/23.)
Beer 3: Boatload DIPA (8.2% abv) Very similar to Shore Shore NEIPA in taste. Very good. (Tasted at CT Beer Festival, XL Center 4/22/23.)
Beer 7: SOS Coffee Stout (5% abv) Not an exceptional coffee stout, but very well-made. (Tasted at Coastline 6/24/23.)
Beer 4: Beach Bum Amber/Red Lager (5% abv) Almost a golden syrup flavor... hmmm... No typicity. (Tasted at Coastline 6/24/23.)
