Beers Tasted
Beer 1; El Capitan Especial (5.3% abv) very nice, good medium body, nice clean no odd taste at end. Hint of sweetness, though that may be the lime I threw in it (that came with it). Tasted: 5/21/25.
Beer 2: Feelin’ juicy (6.5% abv) Grapefruit (tending toward cat’s phee) and some coconut. Classic IPA, hazy and juicy. Tasted: 5/21/25.
Beer 3: Tugboat Citra (5.8% abv) Hazy and juicy, but not as full-flavored as the Feelin’ Juicy. Decent carb, good bitterness on end (subtle and incorporated). Tasted: 5/21/25.
Beer 4: Westerly (6.6% abv) Some golden-syrup notes. Medium body; very little carb. Some warmth on tongue from alcohol. A lot of bitterness, but well incorporated. Bitterness on side-back of tongue. Tasted: 5/21/25.
