Impression
Beautiful burgundy and white farm with silo. First visit: large crowd, seemed more affluent, straight from the beaches and summer fun. Brewery had a corporate feel to it on first visit - an impression I have since found amusing. It is actually quite comfortable and relaxed. Brewery area is medium-sized, and there's a small table area out front.
Beers Tasted
Beer 1: Quiet Life Czech Pilsner (5.2% abv) Very cleand and full of flavor.
Beer 2: Konfluenz Dunkel Doppelbock (7.1% abv) Coffee flavor; a little disappointing.
Beer 3: Alta Spelt & Oat IPA (6.8% abv) DIPA flavor. I did not find this amazing, but rather, kinda meh...
Beer 4:Freckled Fields Farmhouse Ale (5% abv) Very sour. Very good! My first experience of Fox Farm's flagship beers: their sour and wild yeast series.
