Impression
Very consistent, strong carbonation in all the beers at Noble Jay.
Beers Tasted
Beer 1: Chappy's Red Valor Red/Amber Lager (5.4% abv). Nice, full flavor. Roasted nuts, some caramel, but not sweet. Quite enjoyable.
Beer 2: Wife Pale Ale (5% abv) Infused with terpene oil. Medium-body pale ale with good carbonation and strong body. Terpene is a nice addition. Very enjoyable.
Beer 3: Spiceosaurus Rex Rye Pale Ale (6.7% abv). Very nice cucumber/pine flavors, and buttery texture.
Fatty Boom Boom Baltic Porter (8.5% abv) Big coffee flavor, but tapers beautifully. Nice carbonation, good length and strength. Really liked this!
