BEERS TASTED
Beer 1: Evermore American Pale Wheat Beer (5.5% abv) Very savory. Dry, and even astringent. Just enough wheat character to make this beer interesting. Thrall Family malt. (Tasted at OEC 7/9/21.)
Beer 5: Urwaga Exilis (% abv) No available notes. (Tasted at home 5/15/2022.)
Beer 2: Exilis Batch 2 (3.8% abv) Very dry. Dense raspberry flavor, even if it is well-incorporated in the overall taste experience. (Tasted at OEC 7/9/21.)
Beer 3: Tempus Blend #14 Farmhouse Ale / Saison (5.9% abv) Super tart; almost salty. Big dry extract of caramel and golden syrup. (Tasted at OEC 7/9/21.)
Sake: Kiuchi Sake (? abv) Delicious! Sake flavor very apparent as a base, but with a nice fruit overlay. (Tasted at OEC 7/9/21.)
