Beers Tasted
Beer 1: Common Vertex Wheat Beer (5.5% abv) Gold color. Not a lot of head. Good banana flavor. Light-ish. Light carbonation. Not complex. (Tasted at Problem Solved 7/10/21.)
Beer 2: Counterbore Island Blend Fruited Sour (5.0% abv) Not a lot of head. Otherwise, good fruit, good sour and good carbonation. (Tasted at Problem Solved 7/10/21.)
Beer 3: Skim Cut Brown Ale (7.0% abv) Not a lot of head, but beer foamed up in mouth, with good carbonation. Light body; good, rich coffee & chocolate flavor. (Tasted at Problem Solved 7/10/21.)
Beer 4: Projectile Motion Schwarzbier (5.0% abv) Not a lot of head. Sort of tasteless. Some carbonation, but not a very interesting beer, especially given Schwarzbier's typically emphatic flavor. (Tasted at Problem Solved 7/10/21.)
