Beers Tasted
Beer 1: Irish Pale Ale (4.9% abv) Like a Kirin, but with less intense flavor. Does this have rice adjunct, like Kirin? I would wager it does.
Beer 2: Kitchen Sink Rye Beer (5.1% abv) Guest beer from Pilot Series of Pawtucket, RI. Not much flavor, and low acidity. A little disappointing...
Beer 3: Steamed Hams California Common (5.4% abv) A bit of caramel. Medium weight. Decent flavor intensity; slight bitter on back palate. Still... overall quite average.
Beer 4: Smoothie Shop Lemon Drop Milkshake IPA (6.4% abv) Interesting, but not like Alvarium's THICC. Just... sort of... disjointed.
