Beer 1: Mr. Noir Sour (5.4% abv) Aged in Pinot Noir barrel. A beautiful, balanced sour! Unusual technique; props for originality. (Tasted at CT Beer Festival, XL Center 4/22/23.)
Beer 2: Hazy Hollow NEIPA (7.2% abv) Very bitter on finish. (Tasted at CT Beer Festival, XL Center 4/22/23.)
Beer 3: This Ain't Your Grandma's Oatmeal Stout (5.5% abv) Very average oatmeal stout. (Tasted at CT Beer Festival, XL Center 4/22/23.)
