BEERS TASTED
Beer 1: Placebo Effect Cream Ale (5.2% abv) Very clean & nice! (Tasted at Tox 8/2/19.)
Beer 5: Water Lily (6.0% abv) Collaboration with Skygazer. Sour blueberry, chocolate, marshmallow, and milk sugar. Big fruit, perfectly balanced, very tasty. Just not really beer. (Tasted at the Third Annual Summer Beerfest at the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Waterbury 7/23/21.)
Beer 2: Detox German Pils (? abv) Good, but more like an American Pale Ale. (Tasted at Tox 8/2/19.)
Beer 6: Tox Fugu (6.5% abv) DIPA with very slight cream. (Tasted at the Third Annual Summer Beerfest at the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Waterbury 7/23/21.)
Beer 3: Copperhead American Amber Ale (6% abv) Good, but a touch watery & cloudy. (Tasted at Tox 8/2/19.)
Beer 7: Kölsch (? abv) Good, but too much maltiness and Cream Ale flavor, so typicity is off. (Tasted at the Connecticut Brewfest, Oakdale theater, 10/9/21.)
Beer 4: ONE: Lily of the Valley Berliner Weiße RASPBERRY(5% abv) Big raspberry, not as much sour. But great drink! (Tasted at Tox 8/2/19.) TWO: Lily of the Valley Berliner Weiße KEY LIME: Big key lime flavor. Nice, but maybe a little too much. (Tasted at CT Beer Festival, XL Center 4/22/23.)
Beer 8: Ergot Wheat Beer with Citrus (5.2% abv) Tried twice, and warmed up to this beer on second taste.(Tasted at CT Beer Festival, XL Center 4/22/23.)
